Select an Option:
Choose an Individual or Couple’s 2-1/2″ round rigid PVC tag. The tag is 1/16″ thick and comes with a 3M™ 300LSE permanent adhesive applied to the back of the tag for permanent adhesion to the memorial or marker. This option is recommended for outdoor use.
Choose an Individual or Couple’s 1-1/2″ round flexible PVC on-metal tag. The tag is 1/50″ thick and comes with a 3M™ 467MP adhesive applied to the back of the tag for applying to an urn. This option is recommended for indoor use and can be applied to virtually any material.
The Couple’s options are intended for spouses that share a memorial. You can save $20.00 by purchasing a Couple’s tag instead of two Individual tags.
How it works:
Our Old Stone Tag (patent pending) utilizes Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, a short-range wireless connectivity technology that lets NFC-enabled devices communicate with each other. Essentially, it’s a way for your phone or tablet to interact with Old Stone Tag so that the end-user can see the information you provide. The user would simply place their phone or tablet over the tag, similar to how one uses a key card to unlock a door. The information you provided, which is securely stored on “the cloud,” will then be displayed on the user’s device.
What you get:
With your tag purchase, you can provide stories or other memories, up to 30 photos and 3 video clips (60 photos and 6 video clips if purchasing the Couple’s option), and unlimited number of documents.
Shipping & Delivery:
Your Old Stone Tag(s) will ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail. In stock Tags ship in 5-7 business days.
Duplicate Keepsake Tags:
Once you have added your Old Stone Tag to your shopping cart, you can purchase up to ten Duplicate Keepsake Tags directly from your cart for just that – a Keepsake. These are duplicate tags with the same linked information as the original that can be shared with family members or other loved ones that cannot visit the physical location of the tag. These are perfect gifts for individuals who live out of state, are in a nursing home, or just simply can no longer visit the memorial in person.

I heard about Old Stone Tag through a friend, and when I went to their website, I saw they also have tags specifically for veterans. I immediately thought how neat. There have been many times I have come across a cemetery where the person’s name reflected Lieutenant, Sergent, Captain, Major, etc., and always wondered what their life was like and how they fought for our country. I am very excited to see these tags popping up in cemeteries, so their legacy continues, and they are continually honored for their sacrifice, honor and dedication to our country. ~ Submitted via email by Eric N., USN, Retired
